Scott Barshay and Andrew Gordon to Speak at Tulane Corporate Law Institute

Firm Chairman Scott Barshay and litigation partner Andrew Gordon will participate in panels at the 38th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute. Scott will participate in “Hot Topics in M&A Practice,” while Andrew will discuss “The Shareholder Proposal Process.”

The two-day conference will take place in New Orleans and virtually. Scott’s panel is set for March 19 at 9:15 a.m. CT; Andrew’s panel is on March 20 at 12 p.m. CT.
