Scott Barshay and Krishna Veeraraghavan to Participate in the Society of Corporate Governance’s 2021 Eastern Regional Fall Conference

Corporate partners Scott Barshay and Krishna Veeraraghavan will participate in the Society of Corporate Governance’s 2021 Eastern Regional Fall Conference, “Governance GPS for the Road Less Traveled.”

Scott will participate in a fireside chat, “Perspectives on the Board’s Role in M&A,” with Francis Hondal, Mastercard’s president of loyalty and engagement services and management committee member, and director on the boards of Equitable Holdings and L Brands, and Tom Horton, partner at Global Infrastructure Partners and lead director on the boards of Walmart and General Electric. Krishna will participate in a panel, “Selected Governance Topics in M&A,” with José González, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Equitable Holdings.

Both events will take place virtually on October 22, at 8:45 a.m. ET and 10 a.m. ET., respectively.
