Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Jennifer Gasser has joined the firm in Houston as a partner in the M&A Group within the Corporate Department. Gasser advises private equity sponsors and public companies in the energy and infrastructure industries on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

Gasser’s recent representations include advising EQT Corporation in multiple transactions, including its midstream joint venture with Blackstone Credit & Insurance and its merger with Equitrans Midstream Corporation; Sandbrook Capital in its acquisition of Bernhard Capital Partners’ equity interests in United Utility Services and Electro Rent Corporation’s equity interests in Intellirent; Cloverleaf Infrastructure in its sale of powered land to Vantage Data Centers in connection with the development of a data center campus; Celanese in the divestment of its Micromax portfolio of products to Element Solutions Inc.; and ONEOK, Inc. in its acquisition of Global Infrastructure Partners’ equity interests in Medallion Midstream. She has also counseled clients in connection with the negotiation of partnership and LLC agreements, securities laws compliance and corporate governance matters.
