Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that it has expanded its private equity practice with the addition of a team of transactional lawyers. Christopher Machera has joined the firm as a partner in the Private Equity M&A Group within the Corporate Department, resident in New York. Timothy Burns (Private Equity M&A), Noah Beck (Tax), Amanda Rotkel (Executive Compensation), Andrew Lawson (Tax) and Dylan Hans (Private Equity M&A) will be joining the firm in the coming weeks.
