Corporate partners Danielle Penhall, Maury Slevin and Sam Welt were featured in an article in Vault on the various career paths law students can pursue in private equity, including M&A, private funds and finance. In the article, “Private Equity Career Paths: A Guide for Future Lawyers,” published on April 2 on Vault’s law blog, the lawyers explain what private equity entails, the role they each play in private equity transactions, and what Paul, Weiss associates do on a day-to-day basis.
