Restructuring partners Elizabeth McColm and Brian Bolin, and associate Grace Hotz, co-authored a chapter in Americas Restructuring Review 2022, published by Global Restructuring Review. The chapter, “Investment Fund Activity in US Debt Restructurings,” examines the role hedge funds and private equity funds play in U.S. bankruptcy cases and the investment strategies they deploy in distressed situations.
