In “Diversity Audits Are on the Rise and Have Become a Critical Progress Measure,” published on January 6, Loretta describes the growing demand for these audits and their focus on measuring impact, providing an opportunity to examine whether a company’s commitments are yielding desired outcomes. She also discusses the potential for backlash as these audits continue to expand but notes it is not permanent.
