Mark Mendelsohn to Speak on Pressing Developments in SEC Enforcement at FCPA Forum

Litigation partner Mark Mendelsohn will participate in a panel, “SEC Enforcement Think Tank: Dissecting the Lesser-Known Nuances and Practical Takeaways,” as part of the American Conference Institute’s 17th Annual Forum on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The panel will cover the heightened SEC risks confronting various industries, including special considerations for the oil-and-gas sector.

The forum, hosted by the ACI and The Canadian Institute, gathers key enforcement officials, in-house compliance experts and lawyers in private practice to unpack the most urgent, high-stakes issues related to FCPA enforcement.

The panel will take place on January 24 at 9:45 a.m. CT / 10:45 a.m. ET in Houston.
