On June 23, litigation partner Andrew Finch will speak on a panel, “Mergers: Key Procedural Challenges,” at Informa Connect’s Antitrust West Coast Conference. Andrew will discuss implications of procedural changes and updates; key considerations for multijurisdictional mergers; and challenges in implementing remedies. Andrew will be joined by Kellie Kemp, senior counsel, competition and litigation at Uber; Larry Reicher, chief, Office of Decree Enforcement & Compliance at the U.S. Department of Justice; and Frank Qi, senior director, legal counsel, antitrust at Qualcomm.
