Katherine Forrest and Bill Isaacson Speak at ABA Antitrust Law & Economics Institute for Federal Judges

Litigation partners Katherine Forrest and Bill Isaacson will each speak on a panel as part of the American Bar Association’s 2023 Antitrust Law & Economics Institute for Federal Judges. Katherine will participate in “Law & Economics of Monopoly Power and Unilateral Conduct,” and Bill will speak on “The Role of Experts and Economic Analysis in Antitrust Cases.”

The Institute is an intensive, three-day program that addresses the full range of antitrust law and economics, and covers procedural and case management issues unique to antitrust litigation.

The conference will take place in Chicago from May 7-10. Katherine’s panel will take place on May 8 at 3 p.m. CT; Bill’s panel will take place on May 9 at 10:45 a.m. CT.
