Katherine Forrest Discusses Intersection of AI, IP and Data Privacy at NYCBA Event

Litigation partner Katherine Forrest participated in a panel, “Intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Privacy and Intellectual Property and Data Privacy,” as part of the New York City Bar Association’s Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Summit 2023. The panel explored intellectual property issues in AI, such as fair use and scraping; data privacy concerns in AI, including the risks of using personal information in AI models; terms of service in AI tools; and how to protect IP when using or creating AI.
