Roberto Gonzalez to Discuss Export Controls and Military Dual-Use Goods at S&P Global Event

Economic Sanctions & AML Co-Chair Roberto Gonzalez will participate in a panel, “Export Control Risk Management – Learning the Lessons from 2022-23 and What to Expect in 2024,” as part of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s inaugural Export Controls and Military, Dual-Use Goods – Seminar for Financial Institutions event. Roberto’s panel will discuss due diligence lessons from past enforcement cases; trends in suspicious activity reports and other developments concerning electronic goods shipped to sanctioned jurisdictions; and related topics.

The event will take place in New York City on February 13. Roberto’s panel will take place at 10:25 a.m. ET.
