Jaren Janghorbani Named Among Crain’s Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys

Crain’s New York Business named litigation partner Jaren Janghorbani to its “Notable Litigators & Trial Attorneys 2025” list, which recognizes the lawyers shaping precedent and advocating for their clients across industries and issues. Among other achievements, the publication highlighted Jaren’s work representing independent CBS directors in resolving securities class and derivative actions challenging the $40 billion CBS-Viacom merger; defeating securities litigation against media conglomerate Advance arising out of the $150 billion merger between WarnerMedia and Discovery, Inc.; and achieving a trial victory for Channel Medsystems to defeat Boston Scientific’s bid to terminate its acquisition of Channel.
