Brad Karp to Moderate Panel on Antitrust, ESG and Post-Pandemic Litigation Developments for Practising Law Institute

Firm chairman Brad Karp will moderate a panel on recent litigation developments as part of the Practising Law Institute’s “Hot Topics for In-House Counsel” one-day program. The panel will discuss antitrust enforcement litigation, the rise of ESG litigation and enforcement, trends in class actions and shareholder activism, and post-pandemic litigation developments, among other topics.
