Litigation partners Dave Ball, Chris Boehning, Andrew Finch, Andrew Gordon and Mark Mendelsohn discussed various issues of interest to the General Counsel of foreign-based companies at the Organization for International Investment's (OFII) Annual General Counsel Conference. OFII is a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit business association representing the U.S. operations of many of the world's leading global companies. The conference, which took place on October 15-16, brought together nearly 50 General Counsel to hear presentations from leading lawyers on current topics in the areas of IP, e-discovery, antitrust, FCPA, enterprise risk management and the Alien Tort Statute, among other topics. This is the third consecutive year that Paul, Weiss has participated in this event.
