Litigation partner Lewis Clayton’s latest intellectual property litigation column, “Supreme Court to Consider Petitions in Three Copyright Cases,” appeared in the September 9 issue of the New York Law Journal. Lew discuss three cases, Daniels v. Walt Disney Co., Castillo v. G&M Realty and Skidmore v. Led Zeppelin, that, if heard by the U.S. Supreme Court, could affect the scope of copyright protection for graphically depicted characters, visual art and musical compositions.
