Brad Karp to Moderate PLI Panel on Private Securities Regulation

Firm Chairman Brad Karp will moderate a panel, “Private Securities Litigation,” as part of Practising Law Institute’s 54th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation. The panel will discuss trends and themes in securities class actions; current issues regarding directors and officers insurance; and the Supreme Court’s decision in Goldman, among other topics.
