Litigation partner Kannon Shanmugam was profiled in a National Law Journal article, “After His 100th Oral Argument, Kannon Shanmugam Reflects on Appellate Practice.” In the article, Kannon discusses what it feels like to reach this milestone, how he prepares and strategizes for oral arguments, and his pre-argument rituals.
