Deniz Gurbuz Recognized for Pro Bono Service by Volunteers of Legal Service

At an awards ceremony on June 17, corporate associate Deniz Gurbuz was honored by Volunteers of Legal Service (VOLS) as a member of the 2021 “Dean’s List: VOLS Pro Bono Stars,” which recognizes attorneys for outstanding volunteer legal service during the pandemic. VOLS selected Deniz for her work in assisting the organization with the relaunch of the Unemployed Workers Project in March 2020. She was also selected to be a co-host to present the awards to her peers at other firms during the awards ceremony.
