Moses Silverman To Receive Louis Henkin Human Rights Award

Of counsel Moses Silverman will be awarded the Louis Henkin Human Rights Award at the annual gala hosted by T’ruah, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes its network of rabbis to protect and advance human rights in North America, Israel and the Palestinian Territories. The award honors Moses’ dedication and leadership in championing immigrant rights and protecting civil rights, including his recent pro bono efforts on behalf of migrant women, children and other individuals in their asylum petitions at immigration detention facilities in Texas and New Mexico. The event will be held virtually on June 1 at 6:45 p.m.
