Jessica Phillips to Discuss “Unite the Right” Trial Victory in Bard Center for the Study of Hate Webinar

Litigation partner Jessica Phillips will discuss the trial victory against the white supremacists and hate groups behind the 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, in a webinar hosted by the Bard Center for the Study of Hate. The webinar will focus on the aftermath of the victory in Sines v. Kessler, which awarded over $25 million in damages and held the rally organizers responsible for the racially motivated violence inflicted in the rally. Jessica will speak alongside executive director of Integrity First for America Amy Spitalnick, who supported the plaintiffs in Sines v. Kessler.
