Paul, Weiss and City Bar Justice Center Host Pro Se Discovery Clinic

On March 31, Paul, Weiss, in coordination with the City Bar Justice Center, conducted a presentation and clinic for seven pro se litigants who have cases pending in the Eastern District of New York. The presentation covered the principal rules governing discovery in federal courts and strategies for using and responding to discovery requests. Following the presentation, Paul, Weiss attorneys held one-on-one consultations with clinic participants, during which they provided advice about discovery issues in the litigants’ individual cases.
Paul, Weiss litigation associate Giorgio Traini delivered the presentation. Giorgio, along with litigation associates Tamar Holoshitz, Sudhir Rao, Ryan Streit, Daniel Winter and Jing Yan, led the clinic. Litigation partner Christopher Boehning supervised the matter. The clinic was coordinated by pro bono attorney Jeremy Benjamin.
