Alexia Korberg Discusses Reproductive Justice at the Supreme Court With Talks on Law

Litigation partner Alexia Korberg discussed Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the major reproductive justice case currently before the Supreme Court, with Talks on Law, a platform for continuing legal education as well as legal education for non-lawyers. The conversation, conducted in partnership with Women in Funds, covered the history of abortion laws in the U.S. from pre-colonial America through today; the key holdings and constitutional basis of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey; the current legislative and litigious landscape; and the implications for abortion access if Roe is overturned.
Paul, Weiss and co-counsel the Center for Reproductive Rights represent the last remaining abortion clinic in Mississippi in Dobbs v. JWHO, which is widely considered to be the most important reproductive justice case in decades.
