Litigation partners Jeh Johnson and Rick Rule and corporate partner Adam Givertz participated in Paul, Weiss’s lunch seminar in Toronto, “Perspectives on Canada and U.S. Relations.” Secretary Johnson discussed his perspective on border and trade security, counterterrorism and cybersecurity. Rick discussed trade policy and its implications for Canada as well as antitrust and CFIUS enforcement. The panel, moderated by Adam, took place on May 15 at the Shangri-La Hotel Toronto.
