Corporate partner Raphael Russo will participate in a panel discussion at the Practising Law Institute's "Private Placements and Hybrid Securities Offerings" seminar. Ray's panel, titled "Resales of Restricted Securities," will examine the SEC's Rule 144, tacking issues, Section 4(1 ½) deals and block trades, among other topics. The event will take place on October 26 in New York City.
