Apollo Sells Sun Country Airlines Shares in Secondary Public Offering

Paul, Weiss advised Sun Country Airlines, Inc. and Apollo Global Management, Inc. in a secondary public offering of 5,250,000 shares of Sun Country Airlines’ common stock by an affiliate of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo. Sun Country Airlines is a leading low-cost passenger and cargo air carrier that operates synergistic scheduled service, charter and cargo businesses. Barclays acted as sole bookrunner and underwriter for the offering.
As part of the offering, Sun Country Airlines repurchased 750,000 shares of its common stock from the underwriter as part of Sun Country Airlines’ existing $50 million stock repurchase program.
