The Paul, Weiss team for the Domino's transaction included, among others, corporate partners Jordan E. Yarett, counsel Scott D. Fisher and Claudine Meredith-Goujon; bankruptcy partner Alice Belisle Eaton; employee benefits partner Robert C. Fleder and counsel Erin Murphy; real estate partner Peter E. Fisch; and tax partner Richard J. Bronstein.

The Paul, Weiss team advising on the Miramax transaction included, among others, corporate partners Jordan E. Yarett and T. Robert Zochowski, Jr., counsel Scott D. Fisher, Dorian S. Fogel and Christopher T. Poggi; intellectual property partner Charles H. Googe, Jr. and counsel Claudine Meredith-Goujon; bankruptcy partner Brian S. Hermann; tax partner Richard J. Bronstein; and employee benefits counsel Maureen A. Riley.
