Brad Karp Discusses the Importance of Collaboration and Innovation in LEADERS Magazine

LEADERS Magazine featured firm Chairman Brad Karp in the “Purpose” section of its January, February, March 2023 issue. In a Q&A, Brad discusses the keys to building long-lasting client relationships and how Paul, Weiss has continued to set incredibly high standards and evolve with clients through a focused business strategy, collaborative culture and thoughtful investment in innovative tools.
“Innovation is critical to Paul, Weiss’ continuing success” and to remaining competitive, Brad says. “We need to continually innovate and keep up with changing expectations around the use of technology.” Today, “clients look to us as business advisors, not just legal advisors.
