Entertainment counsel Carolyn Casselman was a panelist at a CLE event sponsored by the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and hosted by Paul, Weiss. Carolyn's panel, “Producing Theater From the Experts’ Perspective,” focused on the structure of commercial and not-for-profit theater, the role of producers in creating productions and legal issues such as copyright and First Amendment from the viewpoint of the playwright and the publisher.
