Jean McLoughlin to Participate in PLI Panel on Executive Compensation for Pre-IPO Companies

Executive compensation partner Jean McLoughlin will participate in a panel, “Executive Compensation Considerations for the Pre-IPO Company, Including SPACs,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2022: Pay, Performance and Perspectives program. The panel will discuss special executive compensation issues facing pre-IPO companies; when and how compensation programs should be designed to take IPO exits into account; the perspectives of issuers and strategic investors; and trends and developments in executive compensation.

The panel will be held virtually on February 3 at 11:45 a.m. ET.
