Corporate partner Udi Grofman chaired the third annual Practising Law Institute (PLI) “Advanced Issues in Private Funds” program. Corporate partner Victoria Forrester also participated as a faculty member and panelist. The program, presented by experts from leading law firms and investment management firms, featured in-depth discussions about fundraising dynamics and strategies; gender, DEI and ESG in private funds; and conflicts of interest and conflict resolution, among other advanced issues in private funds today.
The all-day event took place virtually and in person on June 7. Victoria’s panel was titled “Gender, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (GEDI) and ESG in Private Funds.”
