Paul, Weiss client The Sterling Group, L.P. announced the closing of Sterling Group Partners IV, a fund with aggregate investor commitments of $1.25 billion that will primarily target corporate carve-outs and family businesses in the industrial sector of the middle market.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partner Amran Hussein, tax partner David Mayo and employee benefits partner Rob Fleder.
