Intellectual property associate Shruti Chopra participated in a panel, “ESG Challenges of Privacy, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence: Avoiding Discriminatory Impact,” as part of the American Bar Association International Law Section’s In-House Counsel Conference. Among other topics, the panel explored how to get buy-in from a corporation’s business and finance leaders for privacy and cybersecurity initiatives, and analyze business and management use cases for artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain. The panel took place virtually on February 10.
