Corporate associate Shruti Chopra will moderate a panel, “IP Considerations in M&A and Bankruptcy Proceedings,” as part of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section’s 2021 Annual Meeting, “IPLSPRING Virtual.” Shruti will facilitate a discussion that explores key IP considerations in various types of acquisitions and divestments, including in connection with bankruptcy proceedings.
