Greg Liu Named Top M&A Lawyer in China by Asian Legal Business

Corporate partner Greg Liu was named one of 2017’s top 10 M&A lawyers in China by Asian Legal Business, a Thomson Reuters publication. The individuals were chosen based on significant M&A deals, major transactions performed in the past 12 months, key clients, awards and accolades won, as well as client feedback.
Greg was recognized for, among other work, his role in Baidu’s share exchange transaction with Ctrip as well as his involvement in Universal Parks and Resorts new theme park in Beijing. Greg noted that M&A lawyers must have a “good business sense and the ability to provide both legal and strategic advice that helps clients achieve their business goals.
