Laura Turano Named to Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40”

Corporate partner Laura Turano was recognized by Bloomberg Law in its 2022 “They’ve Got Next: 40 Under 40” series as one of the most stellar young lawyers in the U.S. The article highlights Laura’s work advising Teladoc in its acquisition of Livongo, the biggest virtual health deal at the time, and guiding 3G Capital through its cross-border acquisition of Hunter Douglas, developing a unique structure to successfully execute the transaction.
“Success is achieving my client’s goal,” Laura says in an accompanying Q&A. “Though it may sound simple, there are many components to this: communicating constructively, anticipating and solving issues, reducing complexity wherever possible. However, the most important part of above-and-beyond client service is having the best team.”
