Corporate partner Laura Turano participated in a panel, “Regulatory Risk in M&A Agreements,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s “Mergers & Acquisitions 2024: Advanced Trends and Developments” program. The panel, which took place on February 2 in New York City, discussed how to best prepare and advise companies, boards of directors and special committees on the most pressing M&A trends and developments, including the impact of macro factors, M&A litigation, SEC disclosure matters, antitrust enforcement and other issues with important M&A implications.
