Scott Barshay to Participate in Tulane University Law School Conference

Corporate partner Scott Barshay will participate in Tulane University Law School’s 33rd Annual Corporate Law Institute to be held virtually on March 11 and 12. Scott will speak on a panel regarding “Hot Topics in M&A Practice.” Topics will include shareholder activism and the outlook for M&A under the Biden administration.
