Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Closes Equity Investment in Tierpoint

Paul, Weiss client Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Canada's largest single-profession pension plan with more than $140 billion in net assets, announced the closing of an equity investment in St. Louis-based Tierpoint LLC, a leading provider of cloud, colocation and managed services. The investment was made in connection with Tierpoint's acquisition of Xand, a provider of highly resilient data center, cloud and managed services. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
