In “M&A advisers share checklist for 2024 rebound,” published on November 3, Cullen discusses the impact that the upcoming U.S. presidential election may have on deal flow; how supply chain improvements are expected to stimulate M&A in certain sectors; and what lies ahead in the technology space.
“There are deals getting done in that sector, particularly if the business is strong,” Cullen says of the tech industry. “But I think overall you’re probably still seeing pushback from the people who got burned by some deals in 2021 that didn’t go the way they hoped.”
