Real estate of counsel Meredith Kane will participate in a panel, “Hot Topics: Repurposing Underperforming or Obsolete Real Estate,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s 23rd Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute. Meredith will discuss issues pertaining to underperforming real estate, including the redevelopment or repurposing of assets, financing hurdles and alternatives, strategies to overcome contractual impediments and issues specific to “traditional” real estate development.
