Restructuring partner Alice Eaton was named among Turnarounds & Workouts’ 2022 “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers.” The list recognizes attorneys who handled the most significant and prominent restructuring matters of the past year.
Alice was featured in the publication’s December 2022 issue for her work on various retail, healthcare and pharmaceutical company restructurings, including advising unsecured noteholders of Mallinckrodt in the company’s reorganization plan.
