Restructuring partner Bob Britton will participate in a panel, “Use of Chapter 11 to Restructure Debt of International Companies,” as part of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Restructuring & Distressed Investing Conference 2023. The panelists will discuss the benefits of chapter 11 for international companies in distress and cover several recent cases to demonstrate how chapter 11 can be an effective tool in implementing successful cross-border restructurings.
