An associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Practice Group, Shaina counsels clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including financial services, retail, technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, defense, and energy.
Shaina serves as a member of the selections committee for the Kim DiGiovanni Aluisi Memorial Scholarship at the University of Baltimore School of Law and as a Young Lawyer Representative for the U.S. Comments & Policy Committee of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association.
While in law school, Shaina served as a research assistant for Law Professor Steven Salop; as co-chair of the Student Bar Association’s Special Events Committee; and as managing editor of Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy.
