Global Restructuring Review named Paul, Weiss a finalist in two categories in its annual GRR awards. The firm is shortlisted for “Chapter 11 Firm of the Year,” and for a “Pioneering Spirit” award, recognizing the firm’s representation of an ad hoc group of lenders to Saks Global Enterprises in the luxury retailer’s chapter 11 restructuring. The Paul, Weiss team advising the Saks lenders group included capital solutions and restructuring partners Sung Pak, Chris Hopkins, Bob Britton and Andy Rosenberg.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on November 4.
