Global Competition Review recognized Paul, Weiss for its representation of Metsera in its acquisition by Pfizer, naming the deal “Matter of the Year” at its annual GCR Awards. The awards highlight the world’s leading antitrust matters, lawyers, economists and corporate counsel. The Metsera deal was led by partners Ben Goodchild, Andrew Krause and Scott Barshay on the M&A side and Scott Sher and Nicole Kar on the antitrust side. Winners were recognized at a ceremony on March 24.
