Paul, Weiss is advising Apollo Global Management as a part of an investor consortium backing a new AI-native enterprise services firm formed by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman and Goldman Sachs. The new firm, a standalone entity with Anthropic engineering and partnership resources embedded directly within its team, will work with companies to rapidly bring Claude into their core business operations.
The new firm will benefit from the consortium’s broad network of hundreds of companies to design, build and maintain enterprise AI deployments, establishing a scalable platform for sustained growth. Other members of the consortium include General Atlantic, Leonard Green GIC and Sequoia Capital.
The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Joseph Glatt and Ian Hazlett, and includes partners Brian Janson and David Sobel; intellectual property partner Claudine Meredith-Goujon and counsel Matthew Rosenberg; tax partner Sohail Itani; and antitrust partners Charles Crandall and Peter McCormack.
