Arch Amenities Acquired by Flacks Group

Paul, Weiss advised Arch Amenities, a leading operator of wellness and amenity spaces, on its acquisition by global investment firm Flacks Group. Arch has over 230 locations across the hospitality, high-end residential and commercial real estate sectors. Financial details were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Ted Ackerman and Erika Detjen, and included partner David Tarr; tax partner Scott Sontag; and restructuring and debt capital solutions partner John Weber.
