CI Financial Completes €1.1 Billion Private Notes Offering

Paul, Weiss represented the initial purchasers in CI Financial Corp.’s private offering of €1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% notes due 2031. The initial purchasers were led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities and RBC Capital Markets. CI Financial Corp. is a diversified global asset and wealth management company operating primarily in Canada, the United States and Australia.
