Paul, Weiss advised D1 Capital as lead investor, alongside Tiger Global Management, in a $300 Series C financing round in Groq Inc. Groq is a leading innovator in compute accelerators for artificial intelligence, machine learning and high performance computing. The funding round brings Groq's total funding to $367 million and allows Groq to grow across industries and accelerate its next-generation products in development. The Spruce House Partnership and Addition, the venture firm founded by Lee Fixel, also participated in the round.
